Textile and Fashion logistics

In the textile division we offer different solution that we can divided in four categories of operations and services:

  • Pre-production logistics (raw materials + accessories)
  • Post-production logistics (final products)
  • Processing, cutting and quality control of fabrics and accessories
  • Sampling and Color Cards management

 

Color Cards, Industrial Production, artisanal value

  • In our central warehouse in Fagnano Olona (VA), we run dedicate workshop of 700 sqm, equipped with high tech tools, where there are six highly-specialized professionals with more than 20 years of experience, dedicated at production of Color Cards for high-end fashion brands.
  • We offer a complete cycle of fabric sampling, cutting and color card creation services, supporting our customers throughout all their seasonal launch phases (we integrate the logistics cycle with the production cycle).
  • We start from the quality control of the fabric, to the cataloguing based on the customer’s orders, to the combination of the fabrics in strips, up to the final creation of the entire catalogue with the individual sheets.
  • We work on cotton, silk, wool.
  • Our production capacity exceeds 150,000 catalogues per year.

Transport solution

  • Europe-wide coverage with dedicated transport: FTL - LTL
  • National distribution with value-added services, home delivery, installation, special transports, tailored porterage
  • Transport planning center for route optimization and cost efficient

    We use an internally developed software which to exchange data to and from our Clients. We are currently handling MORE THAN 200,000 data exchange documents annually.

  • Picking management with handhelds connected in Radio Frequency
  • Reading of all Barcode and QR code standards
  • Lot and Expiry management with FIFO/FEFO/LIFO logic

Our company’s mission is also replicated in the technological development of efficient and stable systems thanks to more than 20 years of expertise on the IBM AS400 platform.
This proprietary software was developed to provide services that are: FLEXIBLE, TIMELY, SCALABLE, EFFICIENT AND RELIABLE.
With the growth of our software, we have implemented a Business Continuity policy that has allowed us to consistently achieve o% system downtime in recent years.
